WE'RE NOT IN THIS FOR THE MONEY.

The local Milwaukee community has given us countless opportunities over the years to showcase our music and grow as a band - many of the first venues to allow us to play were schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations.

That's why we created the Weekend Warriors Foundation, allowing us to use our small platform to support and promote the humanitarian causes most important to us. We do this through free concerts, merchandise revenue donations, and online promotional campaigns.

HERE ARE A FEW OF OUR FAVORITES:

FEEDING AMERICA EASTERN WISCONSIN

Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin is the leading local hunger-relief organization in the state. The organization operates food banks in Milwaukee and Appleton and receives food from retailers, wholesalers, farmers and donors. The food is transported, sorted and stored at each campus before it is distributed to nearly 400 pantries and meal programs across 35 eastern Wisconsin counties.

Through their network of retailers, donors, volunteers, food pantries and people just like you, food has been getting into the hands of people who need it for nearly 40 years. That is why Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin believes that together, we are solving hunger.

SOJOURNER FAMILY PEACE CENTER

Sojourner Family Peace Center is the largest nonprofit provider of domestic violence prevention and intervention services in Wisconsin, serving nearly 10,000 clients each year. Established in 1975, Sojourner provides an array of support aimed at helping families affected by domestic violence achieve safety, justice and well-being.

Their primary goals are to ensure the safety of victims of family violence and provide a pathway out of violence for victims and abusers through opportunities to make positive and lasting changes for themselves and their children.

COVENANT HOUSE OF MILWAUKEE

The Covenant House of Milwaukee provides immediate and long-term support for young people facing homelessness and survivors of trafficking.

They provide a hot meal, emergency medical care, and a safe place to sleep. But they're much more than a shelter. Their programs provide the stability and support that young people need to transform their lives and put themselves on a path to independence.
